Aszalodo - For drying

This is Aszalodo, a Hungarian variety that I believe translates to "drying on the tree green." I've come to realize that it's meant for eating when dried. Picked in this state, it is rather mild. The sunlight requirements also appear to be a bit higher than most with this fig, so I'm not sure I can recommend this variety to growers with only 6-7 hours of light per day. This tree is still too young to truly evaluate, so I will keep you all updated on this variety in future years.
